Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Export Documentation: Preparing & Reviewing Export documentations including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, and shipping documents.
Import Documentation: Handling and reviewing import documentation, including purchase orders, bill of lading, customs declarations, certificates of compliances, verify and ensure the accuracy of import-related paper works, Ice gate gateway for import custom duties and clearance.
Coordinating with Custom House Agent (CHA) for managing Import-Export operations efficiently.
Generating TEFR and MIS Reports on import-export activities, and key performance indicators.
Maintaining TAT and Logistics Performance Report.
Collaborating with cross functional teams to forecast inventory needs based on repair and return data.
Utilizing advanced planning techniques to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or insufficient inventory.
Collaborating with logistics teams to optimize warehouse layout, improving the efficiency of storage and retrieval processes.
Implementing best practices for inventory management and space utilization keeping in mind the fulfillment of all aspects of 5S & 6S.

Preferred candidate profile

who have experience of import and export documentation , CHA coordination, logistics and warehouse and have knowledge of excel and MIS
