Senior Logistics Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Export Documentation: Preparing & Reviewing Export documentations including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, and shipping documents.
• Import Documentation: Handling and reviewing import documentation, including purchase orders, bill of lading, customs declarations, certificates of compliances, verify and ensure the accuracy of import-related paper works, Ice gate gateway for import custom duties and clearance.
• Coordinating with Custom House Agent (CHA) for managing Import-Export operations efficiently.
• Generating TEFR and MIS Reports on import-export activities, and key performance indicators.
• Maintaining TAT and Logistics Performance Report.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to forecast inventory needs based on repair and return data.
• Utilizing advanced planning techniques to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or insufficient inventory.
• Collaborating with logistics teams to optimize warehouse layout, improving the efficiency of storage and retrieval processes.
• Implementing best practices for inventory management and space utilization keeping in mind the fulfillment of all aspects of 5S & 6S.

who have experience of import and export documentation , CHA coordination, logistics and warehouse and have knowledge of excel and MIS
