Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for our Customer Success and Operations teams in India, with a focus on US Benefits and US Payroll. This role will play a critical part in onboarding, upskilling, and enabling team members to deliver exceptional service to our US-based clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, curriculum development, and US HR/payroll domain knowledge, particularly in benefits administration, payroll compliance, and customer service excellence.

Work Hours

  • Flexible shifts to support global operations (including US time zones)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing team members on US Benefits and Payroll processes
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop role-specific learning paths
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, and e-learning modules
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Provide coaching and support to team leads and agents to reinforce learning and drive performance
  • Stay updated on US payroll and benefits regulations and translate changes into training content
  • Support knowledge management initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - required

Experience:

  • 5+ years in training, enablement, or L&D roles
  • 2+ years of experience in US Benefits and/or US Payroll operations
  • Experience in customer support or shared services preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of US payroll cycles, tax regulations, and benefits administration
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training in both classroom and virtual environments
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and performance metrics
