Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Learning and Development (L&D) professional to drive employee growth, performance, and engagement through well-structured training programs. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives aligned with our business goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational and individual learning needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs (online, classroom, blended) across different departments.
  • Develop and maintain a training calendar and ensure timely execution of all sessions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify upskilling/reskilling needs and recommend learning solutions.
  • Measure training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Manage onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new employees.
  • Organize leadership development, soft skills, product, and process trainings as required.
  • Track employee progress and maintain training records and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and learning technologies.
  • Coordinate with external trainers or vendors when required.
  • Monitor L&D budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training domain.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate training impact and effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
