We are building the future of recruitment automation and are looking for a dynamic leader to drive our LinkedIn growth engine.🎯 Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Lead – Growth & LinkedIn Outreach to head a team of MBA freshers who will be responsible for connecting with HR professionals, recruiters, and talent acquisition leaders on LinkedIn. The lead will design strategy, coach the team, and ensure measurable results in the form of demos and signups.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who loves LinkedIn marketing, B2B SaaS growth, and building high-performing outreach teams.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to target HR leaders, Talent Acquisition managers, and recruitment heads.Train, mentor, and manage a team of 10 MBA freshers, ensuring daily/weekly performance KPIs are achieved.Create playbooks, messaging templates, and follow-up sequences for LinkedIn and email campaigns.Optimize connection-to-conversion funnel → Connection → Conversation → Demo → Signup.Track performance metrics via dashboards/CRM and report directly to the CEO.Work closely with the marketing team to refine landing pages, creatives, and pitch decks.Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithms, B2B growth tactics, and SaaS sales trends.✅ Desired Candidate Profile3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, growth, or LinkedIn lead generation.Strong expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & outreach automation tools.Proven track record of building or managing inside sales/outreach teams.Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging skills.Exposure to HRTech, ATS, or recruitment platforms is a big plus.Entrepreneurial mindset → thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.💰 Compensation & PerksCompetitive Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience).Leadership title + opportunity to scale into Growth Manager role.Be part of a visionary team building the future of hiring tech.Work directly with the Founder & CEO on scaling HireAccel.🚀 Why Join Us?At HireAccel, you’re not just taking a job — you’re joining a mission to redefine hiring in India & beyond.
