Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development (Primary Focus): Design and develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs using Java and NodeJS.

• Google Cloud Expertise: Architect and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging services such as Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.

• Database Management: Design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage database performance.

• Frontend Contribution: Collaborate on the development of user-facing applications using ReactJS and NextJS.

• System Architecture: Participate in technical design sessions, helping to define the architecture for new features and products.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while performing code reviews for other team members.

• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, from frontend to backend and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on backend technologies.

• Backend Languages: Expert proficiency in Java and NodeJS.

• Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including architecture and deployment.

• Frontend Technologies: Solid experience with ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.

• Databases: Experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

• API Design: Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control systems (Git).

• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
