Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, with a solid understanding of software architecture and performance optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to code quality, scalability, and overall system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Software Development Design, develop, and implement software solutions using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript . Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. Testing & Debugging Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software stability and performance. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance bottlenecks. Collaboration & Teamwork Work collaboratively with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers. Collaborate with senior developers to ensure technical alignment with business objectives. Code Review & Documentation Review and provide constructive feedback on code submissions from peers and junior developers. Maintain thorough documentation of code, development processes, and technical decisions. Database & Version Control Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying. Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript , or similar languages. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Contributions to open-source or side projects.
