What You’ll Own: Lead backend development for high-availability, distributed systems using Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices Architect, design, and optimise systems that handle millions of transactions Drive DevOps best practices using Kubernetes , Docker , and CI/CD pipelines Ensure robust message handling using Kafka or RabbitMQ Manage and optimise databases like Oracle , MySQL , and MongoDB Collaborate across teams using Git , JIRA , and Confluence Must-Have Tech Toolkit: Java (your primary superpower) Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture Kafka or RabbitMQ Kubernetes & Docker (containerization champs) Oracle / MySQL / MongoDB RESTful APIs Git, JIRA, Confluence CI/CD, Jenkins You’ll Fit Right In If You: Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or B.Tech Bring 4–8 years of solid backend experience Are a problem-solver with a hands-on attitude Can lead with empathy and technical clarity Come from Fintech, Payment, or Telecom background (bonus points!)
