Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer/Team Lead

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role:

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience in managing IT operations. The ideal candidate will support internal users, maintain IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless functioning of systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting·
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.·Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.·Troubleshoot OS-related issues (Windows/Mac), user account problems, and system performance issues.·Manage tickets and resolve issues within SLA timelines.User & Access Management·Manage Active Directory (AD), user accounts, group policies, and permissions.·Handle onboarding/offboarding processes (email setup, system allocation, access permissions).·Configure and manage Office 365 / M365 accounts.Network & System Administration·Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points.·Monitor network connectivity and escalate issues to the network team when required.·Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus deployment.IT Infrastructure Management·Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, licenses, accessories).·Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repair.·Ensure backup operations and data recovery procedures are followed.Security & Compliance·Ensure endpoint security, antivirus updates, and vulnerability checks.·Support MFA, SSO, and basic cybersecurity practices.·Follow IT policies, documentation, and compliance standards.Support Tools & Documentation·Work with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, etc.·Maintain detailed documentation of issues, processes, and resolutions.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹580,000.00 per year
