Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to lead end-user support, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless operations across hardware, software, and network systems. The role includes mentoring junior engineers, overseeing IT projects, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, Linux, macOS).

✓ Manage and resolve complex incidents within defined SLAs.

✓ Support and maintain end-user devices (laptops, servers, printers, scanners, projectors, VC systems, biometrics, etc.).

✓ Handle OS and application support — installation, upgrades, patching (Windows 10/11, MS Office, AV clients, email).

✓ Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, wired, IP, access points, Aruba).

✓ Administer and monitor Intune/MDM policies, ZTNA, VPN, and EMS.

✓ Coordinate with OEMs for warranty and antivirus support.

✓ Extend remote support to offsite users. Provide End user support.

✓ Lead small to mid-scale IT projects and document procedures.

✓ Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Required Skills:

✓ Windows 10/11 Administration & Troubleshooting

✓ Network & Access Point Support (Aruba preferred)

✓ Ticketing Tools & SLA Management

✓ MDM/Intune, ZTNA, VPN, EMS

✓ MS Outlook & Windows Mail Configuration

✓ Hardware/Software Installation & Maintenance

Preferred Certifications: ITIL | MCSE | RHCE | AWS (or equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
