Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates using portals like
Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
, and internal databases.
Collaborate with US clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage
interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate data in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Stay updated with the latest recruiting tools, technologies, and market trends.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of
US IT recruitment and staffing practices.
Familiarity with
US work authorizations
(H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to
work independently
and meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
for IT roles.
