Overview:

Kforctechsolutions is hiring experienced OPT Recruiters to source, OPT / H1B / GC candidates across IT roles. Ideal candidates will have strong visa knowledge, technical understanding, and hands-on sourcing experience using platforms like Handshake, LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.

Responsibilities:

Source OPT/CPT and H1B transfer candidates for W2 placement.
Enroll candidates into training programs and manage placement lifecycle.
Use job boards and LinkedIn for outreach and pipeline building.
Handle onboarding, visa documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with sales/delivery teams to meet client needs.

Required:

3-5+ years in OPT/CPT and H1B recruitment.
Experience with training-to-placement workflows.
Strong knowledge of U.S. work visas and tech stacks (Network Security, Python, AI/ML, etc.)
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Handshake, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
