Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and help foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making processes across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and drive business performance.
• Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
• Utilize advanced statistical methods and data modelling techniques to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Key Competencies:

• Proficiency in AI tools, SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
