Role & responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies for the rope access division Drive growth through new client acquisition and service diversification Manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and overall financial performance Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations and management Oversee project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Build and manage high-performing rope access teams Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with IRATA standards & requirements and HSE regulations Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continual improvement Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred) 10-15 years of experience in rope access, industrial services, or related sectors with minimum 5 years in managerial/leadership role Proven leadership in business development, operations and contract management IRATA Level 3 certification or equivalent rope access expertise will be preferred Strong technical and commercial acumen and project delivery experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Ability to multitask and work with deadlines. Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices and terms. Create and manage purchase orders (POs). Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements. Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time supply. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies. Support cost-saving initiatives and market price comparisons.
