You'll quickly make your mark and establish a formidable presence by:
Building a robust, actionable sales pipeline of 15–25 crore
specifically for Government & Utilities GFS projects.- Successfully
securing multiple strategic reference projects
within key government departments or PSUs, demonstrating our capability and commitment. Developing and executing long-term engagement plans
for critical government accounts and influential bodies.- Providing crucial market intelligence to inform our product adaptations and public sector strategy.

Who You Are: Experience & Persona
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the public sector, infrastructure projects, or B2G (Business-to-Government) sales for industrial capital equipment or large-scale solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully engaging with and securing projects from various government bodies, PSUs, or municipal corporations in India.
- Exceptional relationship-building prowess and a deep, established network within the public sector ecosystem. You instinctively understand the dynamics of public decision-making.
- A highly strategic thinker with the ability to identify complex problems and propose innovative, compliant solutions.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes, tender management, and contract negotiation within government frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior officials and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, resilient, and resourceful, thriving in an environment that demands persistence and astute stakeholder management.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical preferred).
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification in Public Policy/Administration is a distinct advantage.
