Leadership:

Board Communication:

• Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors.
• Present strategic plans, financial reports, and key updates to the board.

Financial Oversight:

• Ensure financial performance aligns with the companys goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, and partners.
• Represent the company in external engagements and negotiations.

Operational Management:

• Oversee the companys day-to-day operations.
• Ensure operational policies are developed and implemented to improve efficiency.

Efficiency Improvement:

• Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency.

Project Management:

• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
