Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute business strategies for electricity market software solutions and services.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, regulators, and technology partners.

• Operational Management

• Oversee end-to-end business operations, including project delivery, financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Client Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum

  10 years

  in business management roles within the energy or electricity market domain.
• At least

  3–5 years of functional experience

  in electricity market operations, trading, market risk or related areas.
• Strong understanding of electricity market structures, regulations, and software solutions, digital tools and technology.
• Proven track record in business development and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
