Position Summary:

senior IT asset manager trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets,

    including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

  • Oversee HAM processes

    for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.

  • Lead SAM programs

    ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.

  • Implement Cloud Insights practices

    to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.

  • Maintain and govern CMDB and asset repositories,

    ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams

    for cost-effective asset management and reporting.

  • Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments

    to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.

  • Train, coach, and mentor fresh graduates and junior IT staff

    on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.

  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

    within IT asset management.
