Senior IT Administrator – O365, JAMF & Intune (macOS + Windows)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT support functions with a focus on

  Apple device ecosystems (macOS, iOS)

  ,

  Microsoft O365

  , and

  Microsoft Intune

  for cross-platform device management.
• Provide end-to-end support for Apple devices, including provisioning, onboarding, and troubleshooting using

  JAMF Pro

  and/or

  Intune for macOS

  .
• Administer and maintain JAMF and Intune platforms, ensuring consistent policy enforcement, security compliance, and efficient lifecycle management across all endpoints.
• Manage the

  Microsoft 365 environment

  including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Purview for compliance.
• Configure and enforce security policies, conditional access, MFA, DLP, and data retention across all user and device types.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support hybrid ecosystems (macOS, Windows, iOS), including configuration of VPNs, networking, and SSO integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents across device, application, and cloud environments, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure permanent resolutions.
• Mentor junior IT staff on macOS/iOS support, Office 365 administration, Intune configurations, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Oversee

  IT asset management

  , software distribution, patch management, and license compliance across platforms.
• Participate in and provide subject matter expertise for cross-functional projects involving endpoint security, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience

  in IT support roles with a strong focus on Apple/macOS environments and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proven expertise in

  JAMF Pro

  administration and

  Microsoft Intune

  for endpoint provisioning, policy configuration, and secure device management.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft 365 suite

  , Azure AD, Exchange Online, AD Connect, Teams, and security configurations.
• Experience with

  Microsoft Purview

  , compliance center, and email/data security.
• Good understanding of

  macOS/iOS internals

  , device enrollment programs (DEP/ABM), and scripting for automation (Bash/Powershell).
• Strong knowledge of hybrid environments, security frameworks (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA), and identity/access management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and mentorship skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• JAMF Certified Expert

  or equivalent.

• Microsoft 365 Certified

  : Security Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or Modern Desktop Administrator.
• Certifications such as

  MS-900
