Senior iOS Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer with deep experience in Swift to join our Global engineering team. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable application for our trading and financial products. This is a hands-on development role and you will contribute to the architecture, performance, reliability and security of our mobile applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications for iOS devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Product, DevOps, Testing, Compliance, Operations and Business development
• Drive the roadmap for iOS application development for new products from concept to scaling up
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable and testable code
• Incorporate testing into code to ensure stability, reliability and effective handling of edge cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability and reliability issues

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing, building and deploying iOS applications in production environments
• Strong experience in Swift for building mobile applications
• Deep understanding of the iOS framework and avenues for performance optimisation
• Experience in integrating analytics tools
• Experience with incorporating security best practices in iOS applications
• Strong communication, collaboration skills; Familiarity with Agile workflows

Good to Have:

• Deep understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and others
• Experience with integrating websockets
• UI / UX design capabilities
