This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer, based in Kochi, with flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves space planning, creating innovative interior designs, preparing construction drawings, and handling FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver customized design solutions while overseeing and executing projects to successful completion.

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimator to join our Palakkad factory team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, material lists, and coordinating with design & production teams to ensure precise project costing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior works, and turnkey projects.
Study drawings, designs, site measurements, and client requirements to prepare accurate estimates.
Calculate material quantities, cutting lists, hardware requirements, and labour costing.
Coordinate with design team, project managers, and factory supervisors to validate technical details.
Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and pricing comparisons.
Evaluate vendor rates, material prices, and fabrication costs to ensure competitiveness.
Maintain updated records of material prices, wastage factors, and production norms.
Support the sales and design teams with technical clarification on pricing or material selection.
Ensure estimation timelines are met for smooth workflow between office, site, and factory.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in interior estimation / modular factory estimation (preferred).
Strong knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, factory production process, and cutting optimization.
Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Excel, SketchUp (optional), ERP/CRM tools.
Excellent mathematical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
