Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with strong client-handling and team management skills. The candidate must be highly proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD (primary tools), with additional working knowledge of Revit and Enscape for advanced visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development to project completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Use Revit and Enscape for enhanced modelling, rendering, and presentations when required.
• Handle B2C client interactions professionally, understanding needs and delivering tailored design solutions.
• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers; ensure high-quality output.
• Present design concepts, material choices, and renders clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, vendors, and execution teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain creativity, attention to detail, and timely project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in interior design.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp & AutoCAD (primary).
• Working knowledge of Revit & Enscape.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
