Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and design

  projects from concept to execution, with a focus on

  office spaces

• Present layout designs and space planning ideas clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Play a key role in the

  pitching process

  , creating compelling presentations that win new projects and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and alignment with client vision.
• Ensure all designs meet functionality, aesthetic, and budget requirements, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory:

  Extensive experience in

  corporate interior fitouts

  , particularly in

  corporate office interiors

• Expertise in

  pitching design concepts

  and making persuasive layout presentations.
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD
