Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer with at least 10 years of proven expertise in interior design, concept development, and project execution. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently lead design from concept to completion, coordinate with consultants, and guide junior designers while maintaining the design ethos of GNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept, planning, detailing, to execution.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
• Prepare and review detailed working drawings, GFCs, BOQs, and specifications.
• Oversee site execution to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Guide and mentor junior interior designers and ensure timely deliverables.
• Present design ideas convincingly to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, materials standards, and project documentation norms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), BIM, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and contemporary design trends.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, institutional interiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design depth and built works.
