Position Overview

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to conceptualize and develop design solutions that meet project requirements.
Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit Architecture and AutoCAD for drafting and design management.
Oversee the work of junior architects and design teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management.
Proven expertise in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD drafting.
Strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Demonstrated experience in design management and conceptualization.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
