About the Role:

Senior Interior Designer with a strong sales acumen

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end residential and/or commercial interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, materials selections, and space plans.
• Translate client briefs into creative and functional design concepts.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to sales goals by identifying upselling opportunities and closing new business.
• Attend networking events, showroom visits, and client meetings to promote services.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and budgets for prospective projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a senior or client-facing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and project types.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury or high-end interior design.
• Existing network of real estate agents, developers, or contractors.
• Background in retail design, sales or showroom environments.
