Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer who can lead design projects end-to-end, deliver premium-quality interiors, and bring creative vision to life. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Qualifications Lead interior design projects from concept to execution. Develop concept designs, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes. Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and 3D design briefs. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts. Manage vendor interactions, material selections, and site execution. Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and adherence to timelines. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors. Oversee junior designers and ensure design standards are maintained. Stay updated with new materials, trends, and market innovations. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture. 5+ years of proven experience working on high-end interior projects. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, V-Ray, and other design tools. Excellent visualization, detailing, and presentation skills. Strong project coordination and team leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design trends.
