Through our near real-time risk intelligence platform, datasurfr.ai, and deep expertise in security consulting, design, and embedded services, we support leading organisations worldwide in safeguarding operations and ensuring continuity.24/7 Monitoring: Continuously monitor worldwide events in real-time through social media, open-source information, and proprietary services to evaluate and disseminate information on any threats to the company’s assets, office locations and travellers.Risk Assessment: Provide assessments of major incidents or disruptions, with a focus on identifying impacts to client operations. Conduct research and produce cogent analysis for wide-ranging security assessments with a geopolitical scope. Ability to deliver these high-quality assessments in both written and verbal form.Incident Response and Crisis Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for the intake and escalation of safety and security incidents as reported by company personnel. Must have strong crisis management skills to quickly action any calls received on 24/7 hotline.Assist in initial incident responses and ensure proper escalation as needed.Synthesize data and compose accurate and timely communications, according to established procedures and templates, to notify relevant stakeholders (regional security management, employees, travellers, leadership, etc.).Must be comfortable sending out communications via a mass notification system to a large number of staff in the event of a crisis.Travel Risk Management: Support the monitoring of travel security, providing timely briefings to clients and travellers,and assist staff in obtaining proper permissions, for proposed travel to high-risk locations.Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence and internal investigations on entities and persons as directed, leveraging OSINT techniques and proprietary databases.
Qualifications And Skills (Required)
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, threat intelligence, risk analysis, or intelligence analysis. Experience in fields like executive protection, intelligence, operations, crisis management, corporate security, or emergency response is strongly preferred.
- Education: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence studies, economics, crisis management or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desired.
- Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or Decision Trees is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Ability to work under different work-shifts.
- Travel Security: Ability to create travel briefs and support in crisis during travel.
- Emergency Support: Ability to support company and employees in any high crisis and emergency situations 24/7.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
