Job Summary


The Senior Integrations Consultant is responsible for architecting, developing, configuring and maintaining complex integrations within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in Workday integration technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across HR, Payroll and Finance domains.



Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuration or development of Workday integrations, including:
  • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Core Connectors
  • Workday Studio
  • XSLT transformation integrations
  • Boomerang integrations
  • At least 2 years of specialized experience with Workday Studio integration development.
  • Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, WSDL, and related integration technologies.
  • Experience with integration testing methodologies and tools.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Workday integration environments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English for effective collaboration, documentation and corporate communications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and deliver results in remote or team environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent years work experience
  • Workday Pro Certification in Integrations or Workday Extend
  • Experience with BIRT reporting
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
