Senior Instructional Designer

As a Senior Instructional Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of high-quality and engaging training programs. Your deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and eLearning technologies will be essential in creating innovative learning solutions for a diverse audience. Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing and developing various learning solutions, managing instructional design projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving learning programs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and Develop Learning Solutions: Create instructor-led and eLearning courses, blended learning programs, and digital training materials using adult learning theories and instructional design models. - Lead Project Development: Manage instructional design projects from needs analysis to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with internal teams to understand business goals and translate requirements into high-quality learning solutions. - Continuous Improvement: Evaluate learning programs, improve content and delivery methods based on feedback and data. - Content Creation & Curation: Write engaging content for eLearning modules, participant guides, and other materials that align with the organization's brand guidelines. - Facilitate Learning: Occasionally facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing support to learners. - Mentor Junior Designers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Experience: 5-7 years of instructional design experience, with a proven track record of designing effective learning solutions. - Skills And Competencies: Expertise in instructional design methodologies, proficiency with eLearning development tools, experience with Learning Management Systems, and strong communication skills.
