Beyond Campus Universal (BCU) is a fast-growing edtech platform, partnering with top universities to offer online degree programs (UG, PG, MBA, Executive) globally. We empower students with flexible, accredited programs designed for career growth. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to drive student enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales for assigned online degree programs (UG, PG, MBA, Executive) Manage inbound leads generated through digital campaigns and BCU website Conduct counselling calls to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Manage CRM pipeline, follow-up regularly, ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios Develop a deep understanding of BCU’s programs and university partners to pitch effectively Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals Mentor and guide junior sales executives (as team grows) Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless student onboarding Provide market and customer feedback to leadership for continual product improvement Key Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling / Edtech Sales Proven track record of high-conversion sales performance in online programs Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills Experience using CRM tools (Leadsquared, TeleCRM, Kylas, Hubspot, etc.) Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently Strong understanding of online higher education / edtech / degree programs space Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
