Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and general ledger entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage payroll processing, reimbursements, and employee benefits. Human Resources: Support end-to-end recruitment: JD preparation, screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management. Administer payroll, incentives, and benefits for all employees. General Administration: Oversee general office administration and procurement of office supplies. Maintain confidentiality and data security for both accounts and HR functions. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
