Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Identify, qualify, and engage with potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client presentations and product demos effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and CRM entries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to handle client objections and close deals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
