Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Provider Associate-Telesales with immediate joining. The role is based in Kerala, India. The Service Provider Associate-Telesales will be responsible for conducting telesales to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing detailed information about our services, and handling client objections.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and maintain accurate records
• Experience in developing sales strategies and collaborating with sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in IT consultancy or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
