Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations for solutions covering TDS, GST, Fixed Asset Management, Payroll, Reconciliation (26AS & 36A), and Purchase Order (PO) modules.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Finance Heads, and other high-level decision-makers.
  • Understand the strategic priorities of finance and leadership teams to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate lead, opportunity, and pipeline information.
  • Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals independently or in coordination with the field sales team.
  • Coordinate post-demo follow-ups and ensure client onboarding handover is smooth and well-documented.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales pitches and product positioning.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS or corporate events inside sales roles.
  • In-depth understanding of finance compliance processesespecially TDS, GST returns, payroll systems, asset management, and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Prior experience engaging with senior-level finance professionals and corporate leadership (CFOs, CXOs, Directors, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills in especially from the respective regional languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi & Hindi) with excellent English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools.
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven remote setup.
