Role & responsibilities Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach. Conduct tailored product demonstrations for solutions covering TDS, GST, Fixed Asset Management, Payroll, Reconciliation (26AS & 36A), and Purchase Order (PO) modules. Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Finance Heads, and other high-level decision-makers. Understand the strategic priorities of finance and leadership teams to position solutions effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and product capabilities. Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate lead, opportunity, and pipeline information. Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals independently or in coordination with the field sales team. Coordinate post-demo follow-ups and ensure client onboarding handover is smooth and well-documented. Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales pitches and product positioning. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS or corporate events inside sales roles. In-depth understanding of finance compliance processesespecially TDS, GST returns, payroll systems, asset management, and reconciliation frameworks. Prior experience engaging with senior-level finance professionals and corporate leadership (CFOs, CXOs, Directors, etc.). Exceptional communication skills in especially from the respective regional languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi & Hindi) with excellent English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools. Strong presentation and consultative selling skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven remote setup.
