Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry , with a strong preference for those who have worked in high-tech environments such as digital engineering , semiconductors , and SaaS (Software as a Service) . Experience in high-volume hiring is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies. Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or high-tech industry . Exposure to hiring for digital engineering or semiconductor roles is a plus. Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Understanding of technical job profiles and IT skill sets. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Show more Show less
