Senior Implementation Engineer

1) SMS & USSD Applications Experience in implementing and supporting SMS and USSD-based services.
2) Linux Administration Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based systems. 3) SMPP Protocol Hands-on experience with SMS messaging systems using SMPP. 4) SS7 & SCTP Working knowledge of telecom signaling and transport protocols. 5) HTTP/HTTPS Familiarity with web protocols for secure API integration. 6) Database Management Proficiency in MySQL and Oracle for data operations and performance tuning. 7) Charging System Integration Experience integrating telecom applications with online/offline charging systems. 8) Diameter Protocol Working knowledge of Diameter for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) in telecom environments. 9) Debugging & Troubleshooting Strong skills in identifying and resolving application, protocol, and system-level issues. 10) Customer-Facing Experience Proven ability to interact with clients for deployment, support, and technical discussions. 11) Monitoring & Network Tools Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, Nagios, or Zabbix. 12) Cloud Platforms Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments. 13) Kubernetes & Cloud Exposure Mandatory experience with container orchestration (K8s) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
