Job Description

As a Senior Implementation & Deployment Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our hospitality solutions. This includes our Central Reservation System, Channel Management, GDS, Rates Mapping, and Guest Management System. Your in-depth understanding and familiarity with these products, combined with strong Hospitality Industry knowledge, will be essential in delivering seamless experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop deep subject matter expertise in Central Reservation System, Channel Management, GDS, Rates Mapping, and Guest Management System. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues by reviewing backend code and system logs. - Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to resolve escalated issues and gather insights. - Set up and manage test and production environments based on customer inputs. - Validate configurations and integrations. - Ensure the maintenance and publication of the central standard product implementation catalogue. - Represent the department during internal or external quality audits. - Act as a Customer facing expert and deliver high-quality, customer-facing presentations. - Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and external use. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree, Master's preferred. - Experience with API integrations and data mapping. - Background in software development or systems engineering is a plus. - Advanced technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with backend systems and code. - Experience liaising with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Support. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing engagements. - Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex projects, and mentor and support junior team members. - Proactively anticipate dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contribute to transversal projects, propose improvements to processes, and be accountable for own and team commitments.
