Job Title: Product Deployment Senior Specialist
Location: PuneExperience: Min 12+ yearsEducation: Bachelor's degree, Master preferredWe are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Implementation & Deployment Specialist to join Hospitality team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our hospitality solutions, including Central Reservation System, Channel Management, GDS, Rates Mapping, and Guest Management System. The ideal candidate will not only understand how these products function individually but also how they interconnect to deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
- Good understanding and familiarity with Hospitality products or similar platforms with strong Hospitality Industry knowledge.
- Experience with API integrations and data mapping.
- Background in software development or systems engineering is a plus.
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with backend systems and code.
- Experience liaising with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing engagements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects and mentor and supports junior team members.
- Ability to proactively anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
Role Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Develops deep subject matter expertise in Central Reservation System, Channel Management, GDS, Rates Mapping, and Guest Management System.
- Understands customer workflows and how they interact with our products.
- Troubleshoots complex technical issues, including reviewing backend code and system logs.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technical teams to resolve escalated issues and gather insights.
- Serve as the final escalation point for implementation-related challenges
- Operational Deployments and Implementations
- Sets up and manage test and production environments based upon Customer inputs.
- Validate configurations and integrations.
- Has continual improvement mindset to automate / minimize manual back-end efforts
- Quality / Process Improvement -
- Ensure the maintenance and publication of the central standard product implementation catalogue
- Represent department during internal or external quality audits
- Propose and drive initiatives to minimize recurring delivery costs & time-to-market.
- Customer Consulting
- Acts as Customer facing expert on relevant skillset as SME
- Deliver high-quality, customer-facing presentations as needed .
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and external use.
