Senior HR Manager – Performance & Culture | Udaipur

Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Senior HR Manager (Performance & Culture), you’ll act as a strategic partner, aligning people practices with business outcomes. This role demands emotional maturity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to shift the organization from a “family-like” structure to a high-performance, disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and uphold discipline, attendance, and behavioral standards.
2. Proactively identify, document, and address internal politics/toxic behaviors.
3. Lead performance reviews, career development plans, and cultural feedback loops.
4. Conduct training and coaching sessions to instill professionalism and accountability.
5. Align recruitment, onboarding, and rewards with performance and cultural fit.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5–7 years of proven HR experience, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational culture.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
