About the Role

As aSenior HR Manager (Performance & Culture), you'll act as a strategic partner, aligning people practices with business outcomes. This role demands emotional maturity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to shift the organization from a family-like structure to ahigh-performance, disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and upholddiscipline, attendance, and behavioral standards.
2. Proactivelyidentify, document, and address internal politics/toxic behaviors.
3. Leadperformance reviews, career development plans, and cultural feedback loops.
4. Conducttraining and coachingsessions to instill professionalism and accountability.
5. Alignrecruitment, onboarding, and rewardswith performance and cultural fit.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 57 years of proven HR experience, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational culture.
3. Strongknowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Outstandingcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
