About the Role:

Senior Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the HR team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws
• Drive employee engagement and retention
• Oversee payroll, HR operations, and systems (HRMS/ATS)
• Implement performance and learning frameworks
• Align HR with business strategy

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
• Experience with HR tech (e.g., Zoho, Darwin Box, KEKA)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/HR certifications preferred
