This role involves managing medical documentation, preparing consult summaries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and nutritionists. Job Responsibilities: Prepare pre-consult summaries using AI tools and manual edits. Review and organize client medical records and personal details. Verify authenticity and recency of medical documents. Interpret basic blood tests, scans, and prescriptions. Track consults and manage client data using Zoho CRM. Ensure all documentation is ready a day before consultations. Send WhatsApp/email reminders before consults. Communicate professionally across platforms. Coordinate with nutritionists for returning client insights. Finalize and share pre-consult notes with Luke ahead of time.
