Manage Zoho CRM, Website Development, and sales tool projects. Work with vendors, stakeholders, and the CTO to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers
- Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collabs
- Translate sales/marketing needs into tasks
- Test and validate deployments
- Maintain SOPs, guides, and release notes
- Weekly project status reviews
- Suggest automations and improvements
- 2–4 years in tech project coordination
- Exposure to Zoho CRM
- Understanding of web basics (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify)
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, Notion
- Strong task management & communication
- Hands-on Zoho CRM experience
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Zoho Flow
- Vendor management experience
- Cross-functional exposure (sales, marketing, tech)
- Learn CRM at scale
- Mentorship from CTO and leadership
- Growth towards product/tech
