Senior Human Resources Manager

Designation – Sr. Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning

• Align HR strategy with business objectives in residential development projects.
• Collaborate with department heads (construction, sales, planning, legal) to forecast workforce needs.
• Drive organizational change and workforce planning during expansion and new project launches.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead recruitment for technical (engineering, construction), sales, customer service, finance, and administrative roles.
• Implement strategies to attract skilled labor, site supervisors, architects, and project managers.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee issues across departments and sites.
• Build an inclusive and performance-driven culture with high morale and low attrition.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

4. Training & Development

• Identify training needs for sales teams, engineers, supervisors, and back-office functions.
• Roll out skill enhancement, safety training, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in the

  real estate or construction sector
