Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Senior Human Resources Manager at Zaron group, located in Avinashi, Tiruppur Dt, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and leading the HR team's day-to-day operations across four sister companies. Reporting to the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Director (ED), you will play a crucial role in managing HR activities, including HR management, employee relations, talent acquisition, policy development, performance management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with strong HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition skills. Experience in developing HR policies and procedures, as well as in performance management and training & development, will be beneficial. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively work both independently and collaboratively within the organization. While not mandatory, experience in the fashion or retail industry would be advantageous.
