About the Role:


This is a foundational HR role, critical to Propel’s success. You’ll work closely with the co-founders and senior leaders to establish HR strategies, hire top talent, and build the systems and culture needed to scale sustainably. Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with founders and leaders to translate strategic plans into actionable HR priorities and goals.
  • Provide feedback to founders and drive initiatives to foster a strong, inclusive organisational culture.
  • Support talent acquisition: drive interviews, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
  • Build ESOPs policies, maintain compliance requirements and drive ESOPs allocation to the early stage employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with the Finance Head to drive growth and align HR with business objectives.
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives, working with external coaches and providers to upskill the team.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that prioritize performance, development, and employee engagement.
  • Bring human capital foresight to support pre- and post-fundraise scaling efforts.

  • Build strong communication channels and share best practices across functions and teams.


Qualifications:


  • An A-player with exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience

    , with at least

    3+ years in early-stage startups

    partnering with founders.
  • Background in a product/tech organization with experience in stock compliance, taxation and management
  • Strong skills in strategy, project management, coaching, organizational design, and change management.
  • Proven ability to lead across cultures with empathy and build credible partnerships in matrixed organizations.
