The Opportunity

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Founder & CEO. This role is for builders—people who want to get in early, solve complex problems, and scale something meaningful.

You’ll drive founder-prioritized programs, lead cross-functional execution, and shape our operating rhythm. In 8–10 months, you’ll be ready to step into a Business Head / P&L Owner role.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic programs
• Run weekly operating reviews across GTM, Product, and Service teams
• Lead and scale GTM and Partnership initiatives and scale partnerships program
• Build relationships with VCs, Incubators, Martech operators, Martech platforms across the globe
• Build and manage strategic forecasts (financial + ops) that drive decisions
• Operate with autonomy while building toward P&L ownership

Who You Are

• 3–4 years in consulting/ startup ops/ or an ex-founder/operator
• Strategic thinker who loves execution
• Strong communicator and structured problem-solver
• Thrives in ambiguity, pressure, and rapid growth
• Obsessed with impact—not just ideas
