Duties and Responsibilities:

To handle the induction and onboarding process by utilizing various portals and agencies.

 

Manage the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with various departments and all the branches of the organization and developing positions profiles.

 

Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and assess the training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

 

Maintain the track records and analyze performance of employees, pay plans and benefits program.

 

Maintaining and providing accurate payroll inputs (such as Attendance, Leaves, Deductions) to Accounts Department and ensuring timely and error free salary processing.
