Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role includes managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs. The HR Manager will also handle employee benefits, payroll, and HR reporting.

• Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and performance management
• Expertise in developing HR policies and complying with labor laws
• Skills in recruitment processes, interviewing, and onboarding
• Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs
• Knowledge of employee benefits, payroll, and HR reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
